Then select another cell in which you wish to paste the data, and press "control" + "V" on your keyboard
How to copy and paste multiple cells at the same time
To copy and paste multiple cells, drag your cursor to highlight multiple cells
Press "control" + "C" on your keyboard
“Pin” columns so they stay as your scroll sideways
To “pin” a column to the screen, use your mouse to hover over the title of that column (see #6 in the image above)
A small “pin” will appear under your cursor (refer to #6 in the image). Click this icon.
This makes it so the column sticks to the lefthand side of the screen even as your scroll.
Organise fields by main crop
First, select the main crop grown for each field (”What was the main crop this harvest year?”)
Once this entire column is completed, use your mouse to hover over the title of that column. (see #7 in the image above)
A small arrow will appear under your cursor (refer to #7 in the image). Click this arrow.
This will arrange your fields so that they are organised by crop.
Fill in the remaining questions, and then copy and paste the information for all other fields with the same crop, where applicable.
Select multiple cells to copy
Select a cell with your mouse. With your finger pressed down, drag the mouse in the direction of the cells you wish to highlight.
Release your finger from the mouse.
Once cells are selected, you may copy and paste the data into other cells.
